Privacy Policy for "BizimHR" Mobile Application
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) ensures the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the "BizimHR" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application), an information system for managing communication services provided by "Veysəloğlu" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Owner), in accordance with relevant legislation, including “The Law on Personal Data” of Azerbaijan Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Law).
1. CONSENT
By accessing and continuing to use the Application, the User acknowledges that the necessary information belonging to them and specified in this Policy is provided based on their consent in accordance with the requirements of Article 9.6.1 of the Law.
The Owner recognizes the importance of protecting the provided information and hereby guarantees that such information will be processed solely in accordance with the purposes and methods of the Application, in compliance with the requirements of Article 11.1 of the Law.
2. DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED DURING USE OF THE APPLICATION
2.1. Personal data collected and processed during use of the Application
During use of the Application, the following information is provided by the user:
- a) Mobile phone number – This information is used for user verification, sending one-time password codes, and conducting other communication activities.
- b) Personal identification number (PIN code)
The user's PIN code and mobile phone number are used for user authentication and sending one-time passwords (OTP) to the user. Provision of this information is essential for the use of the Application.
After login is verified, the system retrieves the user's Name, Surname, Position, and Department information from the company's internal database for display purposes only.
The mobile application may contain confidential information. Therefore, users are required to set a PIN code to access the Application.
2.2. Other information
Certain permissions are required to access information from the device on which the Application is installed. This information is not considered personal data and must be accessible to ensure proper functionality of the Application. This information includes:
- a) Data processed by the device's camera – this information is used by the user to set a profile picture in their personal account.
3. DATA PROTECTION
Information provided by users is protected from the moment it is collected, and The Owner implements specific measures to ensure the secure storage of information provided by users. Within the framework of such measures, special processes and procedures are designed to mitigate risks such as unauthorized access to information or its unauthorized disclosure. The Owner takes all necessary organizational, technical, and physical measures to ensure information security.
3.1. Disclosure of information to third parties
The Owner guarantees that users' personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. User information may be provided to competent authorities when requested by such authorities in accordance with the Law. In all other cases, Disclosure to Third Parties is permitted only with the consent of users, considering the requirements of Article 13.1 of the Law.
3.2. Right to Refuse
Users may refuse to provide personal data. When refusing to provide the necessary information specified in Section 2.1, will render use of the Application impossible.
3.3. Changes to this Policy
The Owner reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. In this regard, users are advised to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after any changes are made to the Policy is constitutes acceptance of such changes and compliance with the modified Policy.
If any significant changes are made to this Policy, the users will be notified through a clear notification in the Application.
3.4. Liability for unlawful distribution of personal data
The Owner shall be held liable in accordance with applicable law for providing information submitted by the User to other people without complying with the requirements specified in Article 3.1 of this Policy, including for the use of this information in a manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Application.
